  1. Do I need to register for an account to order?

Yes. By registering for an account, it allows us to retain your delivery details so you get to shop with us effortlessly. On top of that, you’ll be in the first to know each time we have a promotion as well as get regular updates from us.

  1. Delivery Information

All products will be mailed using free local normal postage (3-5 working days) unless otherwise stated. Other delivery options include,

  • Registered post (3-5 working days) can be chosen at an additional fee upon check out, this is highly recommended as Allerine Pte Ltd will not be held liable for any lost or damaged items that have not chosen to use registered postage
  • Courier Service (1-2 working days) can be chosen at check out for an additional fee. Please note that only Teapot Gift Sets come with free courier, door to door service. For all other orders who requires courier service, this service can be chosen with an additional fee upon check out. Kindly indicate preffered delivery time (12-5pm/5-8pm) upon checkout. In order to qualify for next day delivery, all orders with payment has to be made before 6pm to prevent any delays. Alternatively, we will contact you via email to let you choose the preferred time slots for delivery. Please kindly ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel on the agreed date and time slot.
  1. How to order?

Tip for tea novices: we’ve got an article in our tea info section on how to choose a tea that would suit you best!

  • Navigate through the main tea categories on the top to select the type of tea you would like to browse
  • Click on the view icon to view the comprehensive description and brewing instructions for each tea
  • An easy to navigate side bar with the full range of teas on the left allows you to switch between flavours and select accordingly
  • Upon selecting the tea of choice, click on the ‘add to cart’ icon and this order would be captured in your shopping cart. The shopping cart is located on the top left corner of the website for easy viewing.

Alternatively, you can click on the shopping cart icon on the top right of the website to get a more comprehensive description of the selected items

  • Repeat process of selecting and adding to cart if you wish to purchase more items
  • Click on the checkout icon once the order has been finalised and verify
  • Enter voucher code if applicable
  • If you have not signed into your account, you will be prompted to do so. If you are not already a member, you will be able to sign up for an account at the check out summary. Please note that all transactions require a login.
  • Choose your preferred mode of payment, do note that order(s) will only be final upon full payment
  1. Do I need a paypal account to pay via credit card?

The great news is that there is no need to register for a paypal account in order to pay via credit card and by using paypal, it ensures that your payment transactions are made secure. More information can be found on our privacy policy to ensure that your payment information is kept confidential. You can however opt to sign up for a paypal account so that future transactions via paypal will be faster.

  1. Can I order a few items to be sent to different addresses?

Unfortunately, each transaction is only able to dispatch orders to one address. However, your account is able to hold up to as many unique delivery addresses as you like.

  1. Can I change my payment mode after I confirm my order?

For customers who have chosen to pay via paypal, simply click on the “cancel and return to Allerine Pte Ltd”  link at the bottom of the payment page. This would bring you back to your order shopping cart summary and you can reselect the payment mode of your choice.

For customers who have chosen to pay via ibanking or ATM transfer, please note that you are not allowed to change your payment mode after clicking on the “I confirm my order” button and payment has to be made within 12 hours otherwise the order will be reflected as payment error and canceled.

  1. Where are the teas imported from?

Our teas have been carefully selected and sourced from various parts of Europe and Asia. All of our suppliers are HACCP certified to ensure food safety.

  1. Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we do ship overseas! Simply email us your orders at sales@allerine.com. Please note that international shipping charges apply. We will issue an invoice via paypal for your credit card payment before posting out your orders. For more enquiries, please feel free to contact us at sales@allerine.com
